Students outside of New York State:
Consumer protection complaints resulting from distance education courses, activities, and operations from students outside of New York State may be submitted to the office of the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs & Student Achievement for investigation and resolution. If a student is dissatisfied with the institution-based resolution, a concern may be submitted, within two years of the incident about which the complaint is made, to the .

Students within New York State:
Any complaints made by students residing within New York State are not subject to NC-SARA involvement, and should follow the Grievance Procedures detailed in the Clarkson Student Regulations.
